I began by designing a logo system using three contrasting colors—green, yellow, and purple—chosen for their versatility across different layouts and imagery. The focus was not on symbolic meaning, but on creating a system that could function practically and remain adaptable.
The calendar design is built around Hanover’s signature red and features student artwork from previous years. I chose to include student work to give prospective and incoming students a clear sense of the type of creative projects produced within the department. The layout remains simple and modern, so the artwork becomes the main focus.
The postcard series incorporates campus photography and applies the same structured logo system across different compositions. The layouts were designed to stay consistent across image types, reinforcing a unified visual identity. Overall, the project centers on building a clean and adaptable system that supports promotion while highlighting the department’s creative output.
